Engagement Amie and Ryan

I was honored to take pictures of two of my friends. Amie and Ryan both work at my church, Morning Star Church in Lake St. Louis. Ryan is an amazing musician, and Amie is a talented worship arts leader and powerful prayer. Morning Star is honored to have such amazing talent and loving staff. Amie and Ryan didn't want a traditional engagement session with flowers, lakes, and pretty backgrounds, Ryan described what he wanted as "dirty". He wanted people in the background, cars, trash cans, pipes, etc. We decided to go to downtown Clayton...not because it is dirty, but because there is a lot character. It was rainy and late, but we think this was the perfect condition for what they wanted. Thanks Amie and Ryan for including me on this important event. I look forward to your wedding.

Dan,

What an honor to have such a talented photographer take our engagement pictures. You captured Ryan's "dirty" pictures perfectly and it didn't even require a pole! You snapped us acting our normal selves instead of "posed" pictures.
Thanks again for an incredible evening and even more incredible pictures. You're the best!

Amie
